These are not your short bedding plants.  These cut flower varieties grow to 2' and my favorite scent which can only be described as bubblegum-like--but in the most elegant, floral way possible.
 
You can plant these 6-9" apart.  Cut when 1/3 of the blooms on the spike.  Leave a few sets of leaves and they will grow back to give you a second flush if you keep them well-watered.
